Who We're Looking For
We welcome both solo O/Os and fleet owners with:
- Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed equipment
- CDL & FMCSA compliant
- Equipment that’s 10 years old or newer
- Willing to use digital tools for dispatch, tracking, and billing
- Commitment to professionalism, communication, and on-time delivery
You’ll be operating under our leased MC, and we’ll work side by side to grow your revenue — and keep your wheels turning.
Pay & Earnings Breakdown
Our pay model is built for profitability and transparency. No games. No hidden fees. Just real rates, paid on time.
Standard Pay Structure:
- 88%–90% of linehaul revenue
- 100% of fuel surcharge
- Weekly direct deposit
- Fuel advances available
- Advance pay options for breakdowns or urgent loads
🚨 Lowest Dispatching Fee in the Market
Our internal dispatch fee is lean and fair — starting as low as 5%, with no markup surprises, no forced dispatch, and full rate transparency.
Equipment & Safety Requirements
We uphold equipment and safety standards that keep both our partners and shippers protected. To qualify, you’ll need:

Breakdown Support & Fee Recovery

Need repairs while on dispatch? We’ll front emergency funds (with terms) to help you cover the cost and get moving again. - Advance Pay Access:
Secure up to 50% of the load payout before delivery for cash flow flexibility.
