Here, we have listed some frequently asked questions that asked by some of our customers.
What areas does your company cover?

We are located in Tampa, FL so we provide apartment and office movers in Tampa Bay, but we also provide Orlando movers and various Florida cities movers (St Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Bradenton, Lakeland, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary and more).

How do you protect my belongings when you move it?

Protecting your belongings is high priority, we use storage blankets in your home prior to transportation and we use padded dollies and shoulder harness straps, shrink wraps and bubble wraps to help prevent any damage to large furniture items. Your stuff is safe with us.

Do you offer office moving services?

Yes, our service is complete, offering office movers, apartment movers, other commercial movers. Also we will customize our services according to your requirements so you can make a custom moving request tailored to your needs.

Can I also move my retail store?

Yes, just give us a call at (888) 789-4379. We will cover packing, loading, unloading and unpacking.

Do you offer packing services too?

We want to make you stress free and simplify your moving process so we offer packing services as well.

Can I pack my own stuff?

Yes, of course. Just make sure to label the boxes since that way we will know which are the fragile items and organize the boxes accordingly during transportation.

Can I pack clothes inside the drawer?

Yes, most lightweight clothes are safe to be packed inside, although we usually advise to empty all cabinets, dressers and desks to prevent storing heavy objects which can damage the furniture during transportation.

How long does a move take?

Usually a few hours depending on logistics factors and amount of furniture transported. A 2-hour move is usually the minimum.

Do you also move pianos?

Some moving companies try to avoid taking pianos but we strive to meet all our customers needs and we know how much pianos can mean to you hence we have qualified piano movers who have the knowledge and experience to carefully disassemble, move and reassemble pianos and other heavy musical equipment.

How is the cost determined for my move?

The cost is based on the estimate we make which depends on factors such as distances, size of shipment and more. To determine the exact cost, someone may come to your house to assess the situation, see how many trucks are needed and what equipment is required for the move.

How and when will I pay?

You will pay a one time upfront flat fee based on the estimate. No hidden fees and no extra charges regardless of how many trips are needed. You can pay it before the move of before we unload the furniture to your new location. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Will you reassemble my furniture?

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, bookcases and other large furniture items have to be disassembled anyway before transportation so we will also reassemble and place them in your new location the way you like it.

What if I change my mind and want to move an extra piece of furniture ?

We will arrange transportation for your extra item and it will be charged separately.

What should I do if my move date has changed?

Contact us immediately. We will process any changes to the plan and discuss updates. Keep in mind that your estimate might change.

How big are your trucks?

We use 20-feet and 26-feet trucks. Depending on how much you need transported we can provide more trucks.

Can my belongings be stored temporarily?

If you don’t have immediate access to your new location we will store your belongings for a couple of days in our truck or for longer storage we will use our state of the art warehouse.

What if my home and stuff are damaged during the move?

For any damaged item we are mandated to pay. We can also fix the item or replace it. Same applies to damage to the walls or floors. And if something can’t be fixed it will be subcontracted out through our insurance agent. We take our time, have tools for safe moving and handle everything with care so any damaging is a very rare event.

Is it possible to ride along in the truck?

For liability purposes we cannot allow other people then movers to ride in the truck.

Should I tip the movers?

The movers are already paid by us and aren’t expected to be tipped.

What items are not allowed to move?

We will do our best to accommodate any items but generally we won’t allow the following: flammables, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, matches, gas containers.
